Mission Statement

KOA Gold Solutions LTD and all of it subsidiaries was created on the premise of ethical precious metal mining, establishing micro-gold refineries, farming, and performing a multitude of construction projects by primarily and first utilizing indigenous Ghanaians to perform the work duties with a focus on their economic upward mobility and mental health while simultaneously putting an emphasis and focus on preserving and respecting the existing ecosystem.

Vision Statement:

KOA Gold Solutions envisions a GHANA where all small-scale miners operate in an ethical and environmentally responsible way, and they have access to local small-scale refineries within 1-5 kilometers of their place of mining. We envision a Ghana that has more infrastructure with the expectation of paved roads and easy access to good schools and reputable healthcare facilities throughout the country, especially in rural areas. We envision a Ghana that is food self sufficient in at least six out of the seven food categories with Ghana becoming a food export nation. Lastly, we envision a Ghana where young indigenous Ghanaians are given numerous educational, trade and job opportunities where they will be paid on par with global averages. KOA Gold Solutions LTD wants to ensure that every working employee can benefit from a profit-sharing model so there is a collective productive mindset with a yearning for continuous growth and modernization.
